The training will have a character of simulation of preparation of the Gamcon project proposals. During the training will use different tools of working with the audience: Brainstorming, Power Point presentation, group and individual work of the training participants, discussions and consultations.
The main duty of the trainer will be to assist actively participants in their work on the Gamcon project proposals.The cooperation between the trainer and the participants will be conducted through the permanent dialogue. This dialogue will be realized in the format of mutual Questions&Answers. The training will be as interactive as possible. It will also possess a very strong practical and operational dimension. In addition, the expert will share his personal experience in project implementation and accountability.
Firstly the participants will learn about the main goal, priorities and basic principles of the Gamcon call for project proposals. The training will be practical, the participants will receive information and practical skills as a beneficiary of the GAMCON Project (tools for transparency, accountability and transparency, development of an accountable and financial report at all stages of the project implementation, analysis of all risks in the development and implementation of the project).
During the next stage of training the participants will be working on the fulfillment of the registration form which will be conducted according to the template. In the last stage the trainer and the participants will work out the budgets.
