The Slovak Foreign Policy Association is a foreign policy thi
nk-tank based in Bratislava, Slovakia. Since 1993 our mission has been to conduct high-quality, independent research and, on the basis of that research, to provide innovative practical recommendations for policy- and decision-makers. In addition, we seek to provide an independent arena in which critical issues can be examined and debated. We produce periodical and non-periodical publications covering various areas of foreign policy and international relations. We also organize international expert seminars and conferences and help foster expert discussion on international relations and Slovak foreign policy. We aim to create a favorable international relations environment in which the new generation of Slovak experts can develop, and to stimulate the interest of the wider Slovak public in global events so they can gain a deeper understanding of the importance of foreign policy and its links to domestic policy.
Comrat State University
Comrat State University is a dynamic Higher Educational Institution founded in 1991 and based in Comrat, Republic of Moldova. Comrat State University (CSU) consists of 4 faculties – Faculty of National Culture, Economics, Law, Agro-technology and another eight Centers. The university carries out activities in the field of higher education for undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate (doctoral) students, offering them internal and external form of study. CSU also participates in international cooperation programs including Erasmus+, DAAD or Fulbright. Having in mind the importance of internationalization, CSU maintains broad international relations with a number of universities from Romania, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, Bulgaria, and Germany.
Youth of Gagauzia
Public association “Youth of Gagauzia” is a regional, non-governmental and non-political organization formed in 2006. The activists of the NGO “Youth of Gagauzia” for more than ten years organized dozens of events aimed at the development and support of the Gagauzian language and culture, youth problems and youth policy issues. The most important of these events are thematic round tables, seminars, conferences. The annual youth gatherings in camps of Gagauzia and Moldova have allowed rallying a great team of young people around the organization. Besides the Republic of Moldova, cooperation with international partners helped to organize the exchange of experience in Turkey, France, Russian Federation, Ukraine, etc. Organization tries to channel the potential of young activists to achieve new heights, embrace new levels and implement new ideas. Our experience shows that activity of “Youth of Gagauzia” is brings positive results and creates good perspectives for the development of youth in all directions. Our group of young leaders has ambitious plans for youth development, education of young people and youth leisure.
EUROPEUM
EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy is a non-profit, non-partisan, and independent think-tank focussing on European integration and cohesion. EUROPEUM contributes to democracy, security, stability, freedom, and solidarity across Europe as well as to active engagement of the Czech Republic in the European Union. EUROPEUM undertakes original research, organizes public events and educational activities, and formulates new ideas and recommendations to improve European and Czech policy making.
The Jan Nowak-Jeziorański College of Eastern Europe
The Jan Nowak-Jeziorański College of Eastern Europe (Kolegium Europy Wschodniej) was founded in February 2001 by Jan Nowak-Jeziorański, a democratic activist, the legendary „Courier from Warsaw”, the long-time director of the Polish section of Radio Free Europe and the former vice president of the Polish-American Congress. The College of Eastern Europe is a non-profit, non-partisan organization based in Wroclaw, a city, which, Nowak-Jeziorański once said, „with its root in the Easter is a strategic outpost in the struggle for a better and safer future for Poland.”The mission of The College of Eastern Europe is to build Eastern Europe as a community of free people. For us, Europe is not a geographic but axiological concept. Its borders are drawn by ideals. We want citizens of the former Soviet Union to adhere to European values.Therefore, the Foundation promotes cooperation among the people of Central and Eastern Europe.
