On October 16 Alexander Duleba, the Director of Slovak Foreign Policy Association met with experts of GaMCon Working Groups, Gagauzian Young Leader Program (GYLP) participants, active civil society members and representatives of local authorities.

The discussion was dedicated to issues of technical difficulties of implementation of the project and opportunities of interaction between citizens and authorities. Alexander Duleba shared experience of Slovak Republic in field of creation of productive relations between authorities and active civil society representatives and how to implement expert decisions in political life of the state. During the meeting, participants shared their own experience in tthe field of introduction of civil initiatives in legislative framework, got answers on number of questions and discussed about the process of implementation of such kind of projects.
